Popis:	The information structure is one of the most urgent and technologically complex problems of modern public administration. The information structure, acting as the framework of the public administration system, affects the state of the subject and object, the implementation of basic functions, the choice of forms and methods of public relations. Based on this, this scientific article describes the need, opportunities and problems of using information technologies in public administration.
