DCLK1-isoform2 staining is positively and negatively correlated with CD8 T cell staining. Fixed tumor tissues with CD8+ T-cell high ("T-cell high",) CD8+ T-cell mild ("T-cell mild") and CD8+ T-cell low ("T-cell low") from an autochthonous mouse model of pancreatic adenocarcinoma were stained for Dclk1. Bar graph representing the percentage positive staining intensity of DCLK1 between the tissue samples, quantified using ImageJ. |
