The objective of this scoping review is to discover and synthesize the literature concerning the role of an occupational therapy practitioner in advancing advocacy and policy, and the attempts/strategies that currently exist in expanding knowledge, skills, and confidence of occupational therapy practitioners in areas of advocacy and policy. To do this, we formulated the following research questions: What is the role of a OT practitioner in advancing advocacy and policy? What attempts/strategies exist in expanding knowledge, skills, and confidence of occupational therapy practitioners in areas of advocacy and policy? |
