| Popis: | Summary This is a case report of a 28-year-old white woman who died from inanition as a result of a marked motor disturbance of the gastrointestinal tract. This disturbance was apparently due to primary atrophy of the musculature of the intestine and was associated with a generalized skeletal muscular disorder: polymyositis or a muscular dystrophy. |
