Popis: ›e work is devoted to the important topic of the theory of series - the theme “Fourier transform”, which is widely used in many spheres, in particular in radio engineering in the process of digital signal processing. Suffice it to note the technologyof se paration and filtration of signals in radio engineering and the creation of modern digital spectral analyzers, including in real time. When decomposing a received signal on different frequency components it is possible to find out how the signal arose, which path it passed or which has external influence. ›at is, you can conduct a spectral analysis and obtain information to detect the origin of the signal. Spectral analysis is one of the methods of signal processing, which allows characterizing the frequency composition of the signal. ›e mathematical basis of spectral analysis is the Fourier transform, which connects the time signal with its representation in the frequency domain. ›e Fourier transform is based on a simple but very effective idea - an arbitrary periodic function can be represented by the sum of individual harmonic components. ›is is a very expensive device that implements a fast Fourier transform. Matrix System Computer Mathematics Matlab openeds up large and accessible possibilities for spectral analysis of signals, based on Fourier transformation. ›is system is recognized globally as a universal tool for researching various technical systems. With its large user-friendly library of features, it quickly became more sympathetic to new users: designers and developers of new devices, students, postgraduates, academics, physicists and mathematicians. ›e system is adapted to any field of science and technology, contains tools that are especially suitable for electrical and radio engineering calculations (operations with complex numbers, matrices, vectors and polynomials, data processing, signal analysis, and digital filtering). In the course of work an algorithm that realizes the Fourier transform for periodic functions is considered, Matlab’s functionality analysis for signal generation is carried out. An algorithm that implements the Fourier transform for periodic functions is considered, the analysis of Matlab functionality for signal generation is carried out. In addition, a program code has been created in the Matlab system using the GUIDE’s special visual so ware environment, which allows: togene rate commonly used basic signals and radio signals, to show the spectrum of signals, to analyze the change of the signal period ( when the period increases, the width of the increase of frequencies between spectral lines increases and vice versa), to generate an arbitrary signal from and without noise and to analyze the estimation of their spectral density.
