Popis: | We report an artificially fabricated extracellular matrix (ECM)-like nanostructure, which utilizes self-assembly of collagen and hyaluronic acid in a quasi two-dimensional space of tens-of-nm thickness, displaying different cellular adhesive characteristics depending on the structural properties between the fibril and non-fibril elements. This nano-fibrous assembly will facilitate a mechano-biological approach for the development of tissue-engineering scaffolds. |
