Popis: | Colloidal gold solutions were prepared following classical recipes. When electrolysed between graphite electrodes, gold was found to deposit at the anode. The rate of deposition was dependent on the anode potential, on the concentration of gold in the solution, and on the particle size. Deposition seems to be controlled by slow discharge.
