Popis: Simothraulopsis sabalo Kluge, 2007 Distribution. Brazil (Amazonas and Pernambuco) and Peru. New Record: Tocantins Material examined. BRAZIL, Tocantins, Aragua��na, rio pr��ximo �� ponte (EMZV), 7��6���7���S / 48��12���6���W, 08.x.2018, white sheet light trap, Krolow, T. K. and team cols. (5♂, CEUFT); Lavandeira, rio Palmas, 12��47���37���S / 46��30���38���W, 13-14.vi.2018, white sheet light trap, Krolow, T. K. and team cols. (6♂, CEUFT). Remarks. Fore wing slightly longer than the reported in Kluge (2008) (4.9 ��� 5.3 mm versus. 4.5 ��� 5.0 mm, respectively). Sampled specimens exhibit a concavity at the base of the forceps which is characteristic of this species; however, the pigmentation on the hind wings varied considerably, especially given the extent of the coverage area within the sample. It was found in two sites with Amazon and Cerrado influences.
