Popis:	Despite a call for more training of clinical supervisors, little has emerged in the professional literature to offer pedagogical strategies for training. This article describes the use of supervision documentation to guide the development of supervisors-in-training (SITs). Specifically, supervision notes are used to assist and monitor SITs understanding and application of supervisor models.
