The activities related to “The professional role of the Research Manager and Administrator, RMA, in Italy: professional framework and training needs” are carried out in the framework of the wider CODAU (Association of General Directors of Italian Universities) Research Group. It aims at analyzing and endorsing the professional role of the RMA in Italy, in particular through the creation of a model professional framework, which identifies and maps the skills, areas of activity and training needs of Italian RMAs. The RMA profile has been herein defined at different professional levels, with the purpose of increasing awareness about the role and the potential of this function within the national RMA community. |
