| Popis: | Development and strategic decision-making is one of the most important functions of the maritime transport complex. Making such decisions aimed at achieving long-term goals is associated with a signiŸcant investment of resources and therefore tends to have long-term consequences for the development of the enterprise. The article aim is the development mechanism of the quantitative assessment of the long-term development projects, taking into account the uncertainty of the future state of the Ÿnancial and economic environment and the lack of implementation of numerical information about the importance of the advantages of the performance of these projects. This paper contains the implementation of an approach that allowed carrying out a comprehensive economic assessment and determination of the best innovation options and investment projects with an acceptable level of risk. The proposed algorithm is often used in practice and its performance and good response is proved by investors. The multi-criterion assessment is carried out on the example of the research project of the maritime enterprise.
