The present study attempts to investigate employee performance (EP) among the nurses of Balochistan, Pakistan. The analysis is quantitative and applies a survey questionnaire to collect the cross-sectional data. A random sampling technique is applied for targeting the study units. At first, we distributed 450 surveys personally among the different government hospitals in Balochistan. In return, we got 306 valid samples. It yields a 68% response rate. Finally, the study utilizes 306 usable answers to conclude the final consequences. By employing the SEM, the outcomes show a positive significant influence of feedback, learning retention (LR) and opportunity to use (OTU) on EP.
