Popis: | A method has been developed for the preparation of a high specific activity stereospecifically labeled tritiated NADPH. In this procedure, tritium is enzymatically transferred from d-isocitric acid-2-3H (8 Ci/mmole) to the A face of a pyridine nucleotide during its stereospecific reduction, resulting in the formation of NADPH-4A-3H (2 Ci/mmole). |
