Popis:	The synthesis and study of the oral antiallergic activity of a series of monopyrazole derivatives (2-14) considered as analogues of active bispyrazole 1 are described. None of the compounds showed significant inhibition of the rat passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA), with the exception of the already known 5-aminoindazole (2). The activity of this compound, is however, lower than that of compound 1.
