Popis: In vitro flow cytometric analysis of the effects of folic acid on cellular uptake of the synthesized polymers. Flow cytometry demonstrated equivalent forward shifts in A, 4T1 cells stained with P-Alexa647 and B, 4T1 cells stained with P-Alexa647-FA. Equivalent forward shifts are also seen in C, BMMs stained with Alexa647 and D, BMMs stained with P-Alexa647-FA.
