Popis: | Classical calibration techniques use single-sine-wave measurements to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). In large-signal characterization, the large number of instrument states to be calibrated results in unacceptably long calibration times. The proposed approach uses multisine excitation signals during the calibration to reduce the calibration time while having only a marginal influence on the measured device response. |
