Popis:	All economies depicted a relationship between politics and economics. The approaches in Economic Theory have paved the way to a variety of analysis on this issue. Political Business Cycl e Theory is one of the most prominent of those approaches. The main aim of this study is to analyze the hypotheses about political-economic relations of European and other countries in the world that take place wititin the traditional approaches of Political Business Cycle Theory literature in a systematic framework. This study is composed of two parts. In the first part, traditional opportunist model will be examined, and the second part will concentrate on traditional partisan model. This study concluded that the hypotheses of the traditional opportunist model are prevalent in underdeveloped and developing countries.
