Popis: | This article shows the urgency of tuberculosis in the world, Russia, Kazakhstan, including the tuberculosis with the multidrug resistance; it gives an overview of the literature on the effectiveness of TB treatment for the last 15 years; reflects the problem of the antibiotic treatment of infectious diseases when microbes develop resistance to antibiotics, including when the Mycobacteria tuberculosis develop resistance to rifampicin, isoniazid and other anti-TB drugs; describes the ways and reasons for the spread of tuberculosis with the multidrug-resistance, the effectiveness of TB treatment for the tuberculosis with the multidrug resistance when the standard therapy is used; describes the results of therapeutic efficacy of the Kazakh drug FS-1: when the application of the FS-1 was accompanied by the persistent abacillation of sputum, infiltration of lung tissue of all patients resolved, most patients’ cavities got closed and resolved; it was detected that Mycobacteria tuberculosis recovered receptivity to the anti-TB drugs, to which they were resistant before, as a result of changes in the structure of nucleic acids in the populations of mycobacteria. |
