Popis: | 1. As the results of nor-adrenaline (N-A) test, both the duration of blood pressure rise and its degree are less in Nitroglycol (Ng) workers than the control group. 2. N-A excretion in the urine of the Ng group has a tendency to be less than the control group. 3. Judging from the results of the N-A test and N-A excretion in the urine, it may be said that the disturbance in the hypothalamus is playing a main part of the mechanisms of Ng-poisoning. This disturbance causes the same symptom as in diencephalopathia vascularis. 4. It may be thought that the N-A test and the measurement of N-A in the urine are useful as a means for the prophylaxis of Ng poisoning. |
