Chronic Gastritis Mimicking Malignancy on 68Ga-FAPI-04 PET/CT

Popis:	We present 2 patients mimicking malignancy with intense gastric 68 Ga-FAPI-04 uptake on PET/CT. Both patients showed low to moderate 18 F-FDG uptake. Histopathology revealed chronic active gastritis. Chronic gastritis may resemble gastric malignancies by showing false-positive 68 Ga-FAPI-04 uptake.
