Popis: | 1. [ 14 C]DDT added to rainbow trout ( Salmo gairdneri Richardson) serum either as an ethanol solution, or attached to one of the serum lipoproteins VLDL, LDL, HDL or egg lipoprotein is rapidly distributed amongst all the serum lipoproteins. 2. The concentrations of DDT in terms of μg/g lipoprotein lipid varied between the lipoprotein classes but were in similar proportions in all the experiments, mean values being in the ratios VLDL:LDL:HDL, 100:76.2:46.0. |
