Popis: | This research work presents the simulation based study of a commercial solar cell for analyzing the real-time behavior of a PV module. The mathematical modelling is based on Equivalent circuit of the solar cell and demonstrating the practical approach for using the single diode five parameters (IM5P) mechanism. This research involves purely mathematical formulation to extract the unknown parameters of PV cell by applying the Lambert W function. The I – V and P – V characteristics are emulated under different temperature and radiation levels by using the Linear Technology's LTSpice simulator. |
