The book presents an approach to solving the problem of the disproportionate development of transport and logistics infrastructure in the regions in the context of an increase in aggregate demand for integrated logistics services. The author’s approach is based on assessing the level of development of infrastructure, the economy and society of the regions when choosing locations for logistics centres. A methodology for assessing accommodation options is presented, which allows assessing the prospect of demand for logistics facilities. The book contains examples of the implementation of the developed methodology, as well as scenarios for the development of logistics infrastructure in the regions.The book is written in Russian. |
