Popis:	A 66-year-old woman was brought to the emergency department for tremor in her right lower extremity followed by loss of consciousness and movements of all 4 limbs. Upon arrival, we witnessed a tonic-clonic seizure with left gaze deviation. She was treated with lorazepam and phenytoin.
