Popis: | 142 determinations of leucocyte alkaline phosphatase (LAP) activity have been done in 103 cases of high risk pregnancy. A statistically significant elevation of LAP score has been found in high risk pregnancies due to diabetes mellitus, toxaemia, renal diseases and third trimester haemorrhage, but not in pregnancies complicated by cardiac disease, chronic hypertension, Rh sensitization or anaemia. |
