Popis: | Oligocentric large bullous eruptions in two patients with ulcerative colitis were reported. Such bullae were similar to those seen in drug-induced coma, and those described as drug eruption due to high dose frusemide. However, neither narcotic drugs nor frusemide had been given in either case. The bullae were cured after the administration of corticosteroid and/or salazosulfapyridine with a course paralleling that of the ulcerative colitis. Thus the bullae seem to be a cutaneous manifestation of ulcerative colitis. |
