| Popis: | The present exploratory study, based on the principles of the creative learning methodology, is aimed at understanding the potentialities and challenges of interactive fiction writing with Twine within the context of teaching and learning Portuguese as a foreign language at the Higher Education level. There are various encouraging signs for the future of the interactive genre, resulting from this project. The students have not only improved their writing skills but have also expressed a positive perception of the pleasure of writing and the genre’s usefulness for language learning. It was also possible to identify several challenges associated with the use of interactive writing in a teaching/learning context. The analysis of these challenges will improve teaching methods and practices and the effectiveness of student learning. |
