Popis: | We report a case of false-positive results for SARS-CoV-2-specific antigen. A patient initially had positive results on immunochromatographic SARS-CoV-2-specific antigen test, followed by negative results on RT-PCR assay of saliva and SARS-CoV-2-specific antibody test. Nasopharyngeal swab reexamination using immunochromatographic tests showed weakly positive results, warranting confirmation with high-specificity tests. |
