Popis:	The [OH]- chemical ionization spectra of methadone and three metabolites and of l-alpha-methadol and six metabolites are presented. The spectra are simple, but the methadol compounds exhibit much fragmentation. The ionization sensitivity is somewhat greater than that in CH4 positive chemical ionization.
