| Popis: | The dialysability of the contrast medium meglumine sodium diatrizoate was investigated in 8 patients on regular dialysis treatment. The dialysance was 52.9 ± 8.0 ml/min with a blood flow of 172 ± 41 ml/min using a modified Kiil kidney. The half-time concentration was 4.5 h. The relative dialysance amounted to 54 ± 7%. 85.2 ± 5.3% of the contrast medium given were eliminated by the 12-hour haemodialysis. |
