| Popis: | The CT appearance of asymptomatic splenic necrosis in a 11-year-old girl with Wegener's granulomatosis is presented. Sonography showed splenic inhomogeneity with patency of the splenic artery and vein. Follow-up CT showed lobulation and shrinkage of the spleen with return to a normal attenuation. |
