| Popis: | A 30-year-old woman had a history of dyspareunia, chronic constipation, headache, urinary difficulties, and pain in the back and right lower extremity. She had a bicornuate uterus, duplicated vagina and cervix, and a presacral meningocele. After an incomplete resection through a laparotomy, performed in another institution, she underwent a transsacral exploration and closure of a cerebrospinal fluid passage in the proximal portion of the sacral dural sac. The procedure was followed by an improvement in her symptoms. |
