Popis: | Nephnoblastomatosis is a congential renal disease that has only recently been recognized [1 -1 0]. Its malignant potential is unknown [3, 4]. We describe an infant with bilateral enlarged kidneys due to nephroblastomatosis that was erroneously diagnosed as polycystic kidney disease. The nephromegaly underwent spontaneous clinical negression. Three years later, a Wilms tumor developed in one kidney. |
