Popis: Fasioliasis, and Dicrocoeliosis are important zoonotic diseases in ruminants and humans that occurrence with spieces of termatoda that names are fasciola hepatica, fasciola gigantica and Dicrocoelium dendriticum that live in the ruminant bile duct of the liver and bile sac. The occurrence of these parasites is worldwide and economic losses can be considerable. This survey was carried out on a total of 400 sheep and 400 goats in one of Mazandaran slaughterhouse from Aprill until July 2020 and the information present in the charts was transferred to the tables designed according to desired variables such as the kind and the number of the slaughtered domestic animals, the kind of the parasite, the number of the infected domestic animals analyzed statistically by SPSS. Results revealed that 2.25% livers of slaughtered sheep and 1.75% livers of slaughtered goat were infected by fasciola and 4% livers of slaughtered sheep and 3.75% livers of slaughtered goats were infected by Dicrocoelium. The best measures to avoid Dicrocoelium and fasciola are social educated about the ways of transmit to human, exterminate the intermediate hosts, keeping animals from areas known to have high fluke levels, pasture rotation, treatment the infected animals and regular deworming.
