Popis:	Intrarenal arterial aneurysm is an uncommon manifestation of allograft rejection. We present two cases of transplant rejection with aneurysm formations. One case simulated polyarteritis nodosa, while in the other, the aneurysm appeared similar to those seen in post-stenotic arterial dilatation.
