Popis:	Ectopic acromegaly due to growth hormone-releasing hormone secretion by a bronchial carcinoid is rare. We report a case of bronchial carcinoid presenting with acromegaly due to ectopic growth hormone production. The patient was treated successfully with right pneumonectomy.
