The study was conducted during 2014-2018 on the basis of the National Military Medical Clinical Center "The Main Military Clinical Hospital" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. A comprehensive survey of military personnel (n=201), male, aged 21-56 y.o. was made. The diagnosis of RA, PTSD and PSD were verified. When choosing the methods of research, it was taken into account that participation in combat operations in the ATO zone has a negative psychological effect on a serviceman at various levels: somatic, psychological and social aand depends on the length of stay in the zone of military actions. In accordance with this, a psychodiagnostic toolkit was chosen, which allowed to identify some individual psychological features in each groups of patients. In order to identify markers for providing medical and psychological assistance and develop algorithms for accompanying and treating these individuals in future, the author highlights the characteristics of each of the groups under study.
