A comparison of the Unitest system with three other methods for determining blood glucose

Popis:	The Unitest system was compared with three methods in common use for serum glucose determination: the SMA-12/30, the singlechannel AutoAnalyzer, and the manual Somogyi-Nelson method. Correlation with all three was acceptable, but it was best with the manual Somogyi-Nelson method. Recovery studies using the Unitest system gave acceptable results. It is concluded that the Unitest system for serum glucose determination is acceptable.
