Popis: | Summary Thirty-seven patients with neurogenic bladder associated with spina bifida had a complete bladder assessment including bladder pressure studies during the first year of life, studies which were repeated 1 yr later. As early warning of impending deterioration of the urinary tract, the pressure studies are of great value when used in conjunction with measurement of urethral resistance, radiological assessment of bladder emptying, and the presence of reflux. |
