| Popis: | Based on the specific features of programmes supporting international collaboration in research and development and foreign practices, this paper aims to propose a methodological framework for the ex-post evaluation of these programmes, which can be used as a basis for the elaboration of specific R&D programmes evaluation methodologies. The drafted framework stands on an analysis of the texts of currently implemented Czech programmes fostering R&D internationalisation, as well as foreign scientific literature and evaluation reports. The proposed framework evaluates the whole process of programmes implementation from inputs to outputs. This process is understood as a procedure by which, under the conditions set by the programme and the external environment, inputs generate outputs and impacts. internationalisation |
