Relevance of the research topic. The study of the issue of development of operational activities based on the methods of critical assessment of the enterprise in the context of globalization, migration risks, sustainable development and innovation change management is due to the lack of a single algorithm and model of the process. Formulation of the problem. The enterprise will not be able to retain leadership in the market without rationally organized operational function, since the main purpose of the enterprise is characterized by the chain «production – consumer needs». In order to realize the set tasks of operational management often haphazardly use methods of critical assessment of enterprise with subsequent creation of corresponding model of improvement of separate directions of operational activity of enterprise. These facts in the conditions of globalization, migration risks, sustainable development and management of innovative changes actualize the topic of the research. Setting the purpose and objectives of the study – investigate operational activities based onthe methods of critical assessment of the enterprise in the context of globalization, migration risks, sustainable development and innovation change management. Research method or methodology. The article used the historical–logical method; the method of systematization, classification and theoretical generalization; the method of logical analysis and synthesis. Presentation of the main material (research results). Conducted research on improving the operations and functioning of modern national enterprises under conditions of globalization, migration risks, sustainable development and innovation change management in general, based on which proposals to improve the efficiency of the management system based on the concept of lean production are provided. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of enterprises to improve their efficiency. Conclusions on the article. Developed a structural and logical model of operations based on the methods of critical assessment of the enterprise in terms of globalization, migration risks, sustainable development and management of innovative changes, including: a complete renovation of obsolete equipment; implementation of an appropriate system of motivation of labor; development of information management; improvement of existing functional areas of modern Ukrainian enterprises etc. |
