| Popis: | The work presented in this thesis will focus on the formation of carbocycles and N-heterocycles promoted by gold(I) catalysis. It will rely on the unique reactivity of 1,n-enyne and -diynes esters when subjected to the gold(I) complex to access compounds of potential biological interest in an atom-economical manner under mild conditions. These studies will allow the formation of complex ring structure in a single pot reaction, starting from readily accessible materials. |
