Popis: | According to the structural features of Hecaleum sibiricum flowers, three sexual types of flowers are distinguished, bisexual, pistillate, and staminate. In pistillate flowers a reduction of androecium and its parts is observed, and a reduction of gynoecium, with the exception of stylopodium there is in staminate flowers. The three sexual types of flowers in a umbellet are significantly distinguished by their size that is decreased in the following row: bisexual – pistillate – staminate. The reasons of such changes are discussed. |
