Popis: | The hydroboration of protected allylalcohols by two different groups gives no linear structures of siloxypropylboranyls as predicted but gives the C–B–O five membered ring 1,2-H-oxaborolanes with good yield. A mechanism is also proposed to explain this cyclisation. |
