To achieve the questions put, the main stages of development of retail enterprise on the basis of project approach are proposed, a method of integrated assessment of trade enterprise management based on QMS was worked out, as well as appropriate management decisions were developed to improve the efficiency of the considered retail companies through implementation of quality management system. |
