Popis: | Súhrn Dlhoročné úsilie o prekonanie heterogenity vzdelávania v klinickej (bio)chémii v Európe viedlo v uplynulých troch desaťročiach k vytvoreniu platformy o uznávaní odborných kvalifikácií v profesii klinická biochémia a laboratórna medicína. Abstract Over the past three decades efforts to overcome the heterogeneity of education in clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine in Europe resulted in a common platform for the recognition of professional qualifications. Directive 2013/55 / EU on the recognition of professional qualifications allows the Member States to decide on a common set of the minimum knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for the exercise of the profession through a common training framework. The key document of the EFLM, approved by all National Societies which forms the basis for a common training framework in laboratory medicine is the EFLM Syllabus. The Syllabus forms the basis for the European Register of Specialists in Laboratory Medicine, declares the level of training requirements and the harmonization of postgraduate education in Europe, and specifies the content of national training programs to gain appropriate knowledge and experience. {"references":["Blaton, V.
