This study aims to understand what the difficulties for the implementation of the settlement Functional Digital - AFD in a federal educational institution, and to find such answers, aimed to present the Functional Digital settlement was established planning process - AFD in Federal Institute of Pernambuco and specific objectives know the steps required for the implementation of AFD in OPSI, identify the action plan for implementing the AFD deployment steps in IFPE; and to report on the experience of implementing the AFD in Recife Campus of IFPE. The motivation of this work is the need of the public sector to adapt its production of documents in electronic environment to meet the legislation and the low volume of research on the topic together with the paradigm shift that such demand causes for Public Administration, given that there is a need to change culture, but also to plan and train all those involved in order for the process to be successful. The methodology used is the case report, in which the practical experience will be confronted with the literature of the area. The result presented is a deployment model with consolidated strategies for AFD implementation. |
