Popis: | The purpose of this study was to examine personality profiles of Canadian anaesthetists and to investigate the role of personality variables in anaesthetist's job satisfaction. Three hundred and thirty senior Canadian anaesthetists completed the Cattell 16PF personality inventory. A brief demographic questionnaire inquired about special interests and job satisfaction. This paper reports the initial analysis of the replies. Most anaesthetists were very satisfied with their work. Female anaesthetists are more tender-minded, sensitive and over-protective than their male colleagues. |
