Popis:	Amylo-1,6-glucosidase or debranching enzyme is present in leucocytes of normal persons. The activity is 50–100 times less than the leucocyte phosphorylase activity. In leucocytes of patients with glycogen-storage disease due to deficiency of debranching enzyme, no amylo-1,6-glucosidase is found.
