Popis: | This research aims to apply a formative assessment in a LED luminaire functional model according to Maguire [4]. The evaluation process was applied in Ergonomics and Usability Laboratory at UFPR (LabErg) and was divided into two initial phases: the first phase is an evaluation with 5 experts regarding the model; evaluating the heuristics and infringed ergonomic criteria. The second phase is related to the illumination assessment in the simulation environment (living room). The analysis of the procedure has to identify and describe the positive and negative features of the model evaluation with users regarding ergonomics and usability as well as recommendations to qualify the product in development. The information obtained from the study show two main difficulties in the process: the first is the difficulty in conducting research with objectivity of the data, without involving preferences; the second refers to the technique choosing for product evaluation, in which an arrangement of methods is required to allow a thorough evaluation of the real context due to the use of a working model in this research. |
